Prototyping<\/h2>\n

For more than a decade, Martinica has offered its customers rapid and cost-effective access to the early stages of prototyping, using advanced cutting benches that guarantee precision. Machine design and programming are handled through dedicated CAD software.<\/p>\n

For the development of new accessories, we use 3D rendering techniques and subsequent printing of resin models. Manufacturing<\/h2>\n

Producing in large quantities does not preclude maintaining elements of craftsmanship. Martinica is able to perform craftsmanship on demand, such as hand stitching with waxed thread, but also knows how to rely on numerically controlled machinery to ensure a high standard of quality.
\nMost of the production steps are done in-house, with the exception of special processes such as laser engraving, washing, embroidery, and small parts applications. For these, we collaborate with outside companies who bring their know-how and professionalism, thus ensuring that the final product meets Martinica’s high quality standard.
